I received a parcel in a very bad condition not at all acceptable. This parcel actually booked at 𝚌𝚑𝚎𝚗𝚗𝚊𝚒 on 0th October. I have got delivery from IDA Jeedimetla to Suchitra . Suchitra delivery person told it is immediately delivered after receiving. This is to inform you that I was 24*7 at home the previous week and had not received any call and still the parcel was marked as “door locked” and kept on hold.
My homeowners are also always present in the same compound but no call was made to me which is pathetic and delivery boy not calling us, then why did we give our phone nos.
