Dear Sir, I give order a mobile handset on naaptol.com 9 april 2015 set was deliverd on 15 april 2016.after open the handset mobile is switch off in every 10 or 15 minutes I do the complain to the naaptol but they are not giving any response & says we r not take any responsibilty for this. sir as i bought a mobile {jeotex} for 2999&payed 3398 but iam having a bad expirence using this mobile so i kindly request you to refund my money name on order ruman contact number [protected] bangalore

I gave order a geotex four sim mobile on naaptol.com from chennai 19 may 2016 set was deliverd on 25may2016.after opening the headphones are not working and internet connection is not supporting and analogue tv not working I do the complain to the naaptol daily but they are not giving any response & says we r not take any responsibilty for this. I need a proper replacement for the product or I do need my money back so what shall I do to get proper refund?
