Jet Airways — Bonus jp miles for partner debit card not credited | |||||
I bought my JetPrivilege HDFC Bank World Debit Card in the month of August1'16. As per the benefits mentioned in the website for both Jet Airways and HDFC for the said card, I am suppose to get 2000 JP miles as bonus within 90 days of my First Swipe with the same card. Which I havent got it yet. I have been continuously following up with Jet airways customer care but of no use. I called them repeatedly on 26th, 28th, 30th, December'17, 2nd and then 6th January'17 but every time i called they said it would take 72 hrs for the miles to get credited and till now there is no resolution to this. I have spoken to the Floor supervisor Mukesh Kumar, he assured that i would get a resolution to this within 4 days that is when i spoke to him on 2nd and today is 9th but i see no progress.
