Date of Incident - 26th Sep Flight details on which 2 tickets booked - 9W463 PNR No 1 - QTRFXQ PNR No 2 - IGZCVW Flight date - 29th Sep Flight time - 02:55 am Passenger Name - Padma Bisani Due to challenge on online portal 2 tickets booked for the same flight. One through Make my trip and the other through Goibibo. Received a transaction failed message from Goibibo initially however later booking confirmed Ticket Price - 3211 and Lead Charges -200, Total Amount - 3412 Requested for Cancellation of any one ticket to Jet Airways Spoke to supervisor Ankit from Jet Airways, in response said Jet cannot do anything Make my trip said - refund amount Rs. 666 Goibibo - Cannot do anything Was this information helpful? | |||||
