I bought a Recliner last year (May 2014) which was on sale for 16K. Within an year the stiches came of. Did a complaint - JFA informed - no warranty - Paid for service Rs 2650/- on 26th May 2015. Within a week - the stiches came off again. From then on I have been contacting the JFA service but there is no proper response. Need immediate action.
