JFA(jayabharatham furniture Complaints & Reviews

I bought a Recliner last year (May 2014) which was on sale for 16K. Within an year the stiches came of. Did a complaint - JFA informed - no warranty - Paid for service Rs 2650/- on 26th May 2015. Within a week - the stiches came off again. From then on I have been contacting the JFA service but there is no proper response. Need immediate action....

Hi people I bought a wooden single cot in jfa in ambattur which was a very poor quality and now it s damaged, when I request them to change the cot which comes under warranty period..first tey asked me to pay 150 rs for inspection and later they asked to pay 1000 rs to replace new one and said it won't cover under warranty.. ReallReally I am fed up with jfa especially in atambattur...please don't believe in jfa warranty...
