My father have 100 shares of Jindal Vijayanagar Steel ltd. Originally, it was purchased by my uncle and then transferred to my father. Details are given below :

Certificate no: 3154501
Purchased on: April 1995 on the name PRAVIR KUMAR JHA (my uncle)
Month of transfer to my father: June 1995 on the name ANIMESH KUMAR JHA (my father)
I have been searching for help to encash that but I am not getting any clue. Kindly help me and tell me the current status of those shares. I have heard that this company is merged in JSW Steel. IF yes, how many shares of JSW Steel have been alloted for 100 shares of Jindal Vijayanagar Steel ltd (1995) and the process to sale those. Kindly also tell about dividends if any entitled because of holding these shares. Quick response will be highly appreciated.
