I am trilochan in 21 july 2017 i recharge 399 in my number [protected]. After deduct my money but never recharge i contact to jio care they said your money will refund but till 8/08/2017 past my money till not return. Today when i call he said to me contact your bank. This is really suprice. Money deducted from account, no connection, no refund
I have paid through net banking rs 303 for the connection, but neither i have received connection, not i got refund after even one month. They are just passing the buck to banks and banks passing the buck to jio. I heard that many people have same experience.
Is this a widespread technical scam to loot money?
