Jio Infocomm Ltd — Service not provided, refund is pending

I had booked for Jio Air Fiber on 31st March 2024, and paid Rs1000 for it, booking id is LR000006UVPA. But I received message for hold of it. I again booked it on 3rd April 2024 and paid Rs1000 for it, booking id is LR000006WG1I. But I again received message for hold. I contacted to Jio Fiber Customer care and they told me that connection is on hold and it will be automatically canceled and you will be refund within 15days. But now more than 30 days gone, and my case is not solved even after multiple time following with Jio on phone and mail both. Please help me to get my money back.
