Jio Network — bad connection

I had used jio network more than 1 year. From 05/04/2018 the signal is not good for [protected] (Jio number) in my location. So frequently call drop and
Disconnecting my internet every 20 seconds and reconnect again. I had call to customer care 198 more than 6 times they people put the call in hold or disconnect my call continuously 3 hours today 12/04/2018. They hurt my heart very much. So please take any immediate action against jio network.. Thankyou
