University Teaching Hospital — fraud appointment letter

Dear Sir,
I got an e-mail few days before from university teaching hospital, London. There I was asked to submit my resume for job. Although I never applied for any job there. However, I submit my resume without any doubt. Today I got another mail from that organization. Here they mentioned that I am short-listed for the job. They send me an appointment letter and asked me to submit my passport detail. Now I got some doubt. I never applied for any job nor appeared in any interview board, then how it is possible?
Then I started to gather information regarding the authenticity of the job as well as the organization and come to know that everything is fake. Now I would like to launch a legal complain against these type of fraud. Kindly advice me how to launch such complain?
