My order number jk39*6, i have ordered 7 item and all these items are mentioned in the invoice and money was paid however one of the item was missing in the parcel. Called customer care and they asked to send a mail to email id '[protected]@jockeyindia.com' and also i have raised the complaint. The customer care team has not provided any proper reply for my complaint and now they have stopped replying. I have not received any call on the same. Was this information helpful? |
I sent all the necessary documents
( Snapshot of the delivery package). I ordered for 2 boxer shorts...One was missing. On talking with customer care, I was told the amount will be refunded for one boxer within 48 hours.
I waited...No reply from any concerned authority.
I cannot expect such kind of service from Jockey. Are they really cheating people...With whom to raise the complaint now.
