Jockey India — identical product and pathetic "policy" towards customer complaints

I have received 4 shorts. 3 of them are identical color and design.

While i am keen to keep one, please ensure that some other colour with same design two shorts xl size is sent and the two identical ones are collected back while delivering the replacement ones.

After call from customer service department mail sent again:

Dear madam

Refer telecon.

You have sent identical colour and design shorts – 3 nos and not assorted as mentioned in your website.

Your policy is not at all customer oriented for genuine mistakes of yours.

If you can do anything to satisfy the customer please do the needful. Otherwise jockey is not the only product in the market nor the only online supplier for these items.

I will be glad to post the necessary review in the forums so that in future customers will not be put into such troubles by your “policies”
