I bought the jockey polo t-shirt from nearest shop but after 1/2 wash it's become so lose even i have hardly used 3/4 times since purchased (July-2018).
Tried to contact to customer care on "[protected]" many time but no response than finally sent email to below mentioned email id # [protected]@jockeyindia.com and [protected]@jockeyindia.com

Brief about the follow-up till date : —
1) first email raised to customer support team : on 11 - sep-2018.
2) the requested detail shared to customer support on 15-sep-2018.
3) email received from jockey for reverse pickup for my complaint garment on 24-sep-2018.
4) garment (T-shirt-white) picked/collected by jockey executive on 26-sep-2018.
5) from 26-sep-2018 to till date not a single reply coming from jockey customer care even after multiple follow-up.
It has been more than 1.5 month to do follow-up with jockey team but since the garment is picked up by jockey executive the customer care team not at all replying on single email. Was this information helpful? |
