Jockey India — Non delivery of items and non resolvance of issue for more than 45 days

I had placed an order jk[protected] on 11 jul 2020. The order was shipped via expressbees courier.

The tracking page shows that the item has been delivered to my home address on 23 jul 2020.

The item has not been delivered as mentioned in the tracking page.

On scrutiny of records and cctv footage, it was revealed that no parcel had been received at the date and time specified in the tracking page.

I had also raised my concern regarding the same on 01 aug 2020 with ticket id jockey257676. I had also called up helpline on 05 aug 2020 and on number of other occassions for an update regarding the same.

There has been no action till date and no update or communication regarding the issue.

As a consumer i feel cheated and seek respite from the consumer forum for redressal of the issue.
