On 13/06/2020 I ordered some bermudas online and a transaction has been duplicated, which resulted in two orders. I immediately cancelled the order. with a ticket number JK[protected]). I got a refund of Rs 849/- but I am yet to get a refund of Rs.1478/- . I sent a few emails but they never bothered to reply. I even followed it up calling Jockey. They said that they will arrange the payment but the payment hasn't been made till date. Was this information helpful? |
