Johnson Geyser — Need refund

Hi Team,

we have issue one week before and approached authorized dealer in bangalore. they assigned the engineer. just he checked the geyser and charged rs. 300 and found coil need to be changed and he referred 3rd part person to just fix the coil . we have a bill for it. he charged around 1200 and charges of rs. 300 again. now the issue is not resolved and we have wasted so much of money for this. the service center engineer pramod is very very rude to us and he always shout at us why we have called the service center instead of his number directly. we really want the johnson company to take action against that engineer and also need refund for this. service center is least bothered to call us to resolve this issue. if the issue not able to resolve company need to pay the compensation for al the above issue created by the service center.
as i referred the service center and sure they infrmed me they are the authorized service center.

need faster resolution.
