Johnson Lifts — Lift got locked | |
I stopped AMC and my system gets locked... Any other technician is not able to access the software as it got locked... How come it is mandatory that I hav to choose only your service... After buying a system it will be my choice with whom I wanted to get the job done.. how can you make it not possible.. I faced the same problem last December I spoke to the concerned heads and finally they came and appolosised and informed me the system will get locked automatically as software get to be updated for a period of 3mnths, 6 months or as given the prog time.. I requested them I dnt want ant software updates pls kindly make it wrk as it is.. they said Srry and intimated me that they r removing this clause and it won't happen again... Now exactly for 6 months again the system got locked.. All the technician have again informed the sam problem... Is it really that biggest mistake I chose your product? Do I need to suffer throught out for choosing your company? Every person I am contacting asking me to speak to higher authority... Who is the end person that can look into it.. It is been 5 days lift is not working... No technical issue no other problem but just because the software is locked, call cannot be booked. Apart from jhonson no other technician can access it. Aged people are there with leg problem who need to go out everyday for work... pls kindly find me a solution for this.. Get me free from your company.. Was this information helpful? | |
