Johnson Lifts — Lift stopped suddenly

Lift stopped suddenly in mid condition and my family has been very scared, why it's happening, how can possible. What can we do in such condition. We don't know how can rescue. I tried to make a call to customer service center but no response. So pl contact on given number for better understanding.

I regret to inform you that we are facing numerous issues with the lift under the Platinum AMC service, which have not been adequately addressed. The lift's maintenance is substandard, leading to recurrent problems. Despite our annual expenditure of 40k, the service has not proven beneficial.
