While speed is not bad, heir customer service is pathetic. Our internet was down 3 weeks ago -
1. First of all they don't lodge the complaint when you first call
2. Secondly the call center employees don't provide you with the technicians number and they don't coordinate to setup a conducive time for the technicians visit. They merely and only take down your complaint - and nothing else.
3. The call center is completely useless and employees have no control over the technician. They are powerless.
4. We made about 10 calls in 2 weeks. Everyday the call center will tell you "tomorrow it will be resolved, i assure you". But this is all rubbish. Every day you will hear the same rubbish from them. Waste of time and energy.
5. The technicians don't care a damn. They are not held responsible for such delays and hence they are not accountable.in fact, they lie and report to the company that the issue is resolved!!! :)
6. It's been three weeks and issues are still not resolved.
