I have been complaining non-stop for the past 30 days for the following issue that takes place daily: frequent disconnection. Each time it happens, we have to call and sometimes the call center is able to help and sometimes not. Over the last 30 days, i have called them more than 50 times, literally!
On top of that, they give a complaint number and mark it as resolved without any confirmation from the consumer! Then they rudely claim that the internet is working! Not trying to understand that the problem is frequent disconnection! Pathetic.
The attitude is terrible and the goal is to somehow keep pushing the customer forward by a day or two without resolving the core problem.
On top of that, when one asks for a refund, they're unwilling to first, agree (Ie., they write - we have sent it to the 'concerned department' and second, the call center people say that they will process the refund but the 'seniors' will write a mail! Was this information helpful? |
