Hi, i am rupesh patil from kharadi pune, i have applied for connection to joister on 16 march with executive committment for installation within 2 days i have rs 5310, but no. Connection installed, i hasve called customer care but no reaponse so dropped an email to joister either to give connection or refund. Till 5 may no response from their side, so sendban email again, then by chance i got the details of engineer who is working foe our area, so called him and on 6 may he established internet connection, but during this 2 months, joister annual package increasebto 5900 so they have claimednadditional 590 from me, i have deny to pay, so now theu disconnected, my concern is why should i pay extra as it is only because of joister which caused delay Was this information helpful? |
