We are unfortunately using joister internet connection due to lack of compatibility of other providers in our area.
The internet has been repeatedly down for about 4 to 5 times a month. Each time the internet is down, the same process of contacting the customer 'care' team and supposedly tat of 3 working days to get the wifi back on track is promised.
However, inspite of multiple followups the timelines are never adhered to. They do not send any technician nor share the contact details of the higher management to whom we can raise our concern. It is absolutely pointless to raise a complaint on their customer support and then wait endlessly for a solution.
We are freelance professionals and our work gets impacted due to this carelessness.
If there's a way i can escalate this and get some solution to this repeated problem it would be very helpful. We've taken an annual subscription and done the payment in advance. The repeated downtime of the wifi is affecting our work and there is no response from the company.
