[Resolved] Josoft Technologies — bunch of cheats and frauds

Story started with a project of so called 5 pc health insurance project after charging 88500 RS.
We hired expert agents for this purpose and delivered 99.5% accurate data which their team denied saying it is 70% accurate and denied to pay money.
after so many arguments they put it under technical support to review.

Scenario is, No one picks call from technical support. You can call so many times and they will not answer, even after call is on waiting.
and if by chance they pick the call, they will treat you like slaves.

saying "Can't you wait for sometime while I am busy!!"

Sir/Mam, are we customers or slaves?

They are bunch of crooks, beware of them.
they will not pay money in hidden excuse of inaccuracy as they will not tell the key part of fraud.

As Far as we have searched we haven't have come across any customer with the name of Anurag so far, If you have done any kind of tie up or agreement with us kindly share with us the information of the same so that we at our end also can do a RCA and if you have actually done such a good and high accuracy work then you can challenge the QC report as many time as u want because it is your hard work, Hence kindly share with us your actual information and details, so that if still there has been any communication gap actually then we can definitely resolve it.

Their trend is like

Sweet mouth consultant --- fake low clarity image project ----- dummy support ---- harsh payment support team ----- no payment .

they are asking your name to check the agreement and put case against you lol. As their agreement is 100% in favour to them and it ll support u 0%.

They have a criminal audit team lol. Only if government people take proper action, these kind of frauds ll be taken care of, till then they ll enjoy people money just like ur and mine .
