[Resolved] Josoft Technologies — payment not received | |||||
Hi, This is rizwan from bharuch. I came into agreement for the 1 pc jpeg to doc project, i paid rs.10000/- by online bank transfer and rs.7250/- by cheque as security deposit. It was my goodness that i have cancelled my agreement before starting of work due to some reasons. But still they have not refunded my money back. By calling on their customer support number on +[protected] they are telling that they have escalated my issue to their manager and director. I asked them to get the status of my refund then they said they can't do anything. How disgusting!!! Fraud!!! Don't work with them. Today morning I called and spoken with the Manager Mr Saurabh on +91 86044 00019 regarding my issue and he told to mark this issue as resolved as he is going to refund my money back. By keeping on faith on his statement I here by marking this issue as resolved.
One thing is not good about their customer support team as they are not keeping update to their clients about their queries, all the time we will have to make s call and taking updates about our queries. It is not enough only to send updation by e-mails, they should keep update by phone calls too.
I will be happy to work in future with Josoft Technologies.
