I am working in Josoft Technologies since April-2013. Last year (2014) I got salary increment but this year I didn't get salary increment.
When I asked about it with my management, they informed that salary increment will be only applied on performance basis. Increment has been cancelled for most of the employees.
Please confirm me Whether Company can have rights to stop the salary increment for their employees?
