Jubilant Foodworks Limited — Worst service in every aspect

Its about order number - 172 placed on 05/10/2022. I spoke to your employees Shabnam & Wasim. The issue is order was delayed on top of that it was never delivered, I had to go and pick up the order where the address to be delivered is right opposite to your store across the street. Hence it took more than 50 min to get the order. Also when I raised this concern on the app. Your guy is calling me at midnight after 12:00 to resolve the issue. Are you guys even for real. Then when I shouted at him he credited 299 points in my domino's wallet, expecting me to give you more business. Firstly quality of the food is not good. Secondly the order and delivery is the worst amongst rest of the restaurant in the market. Thirdly customer service has become a joke for you guys. I have spoken to 3 of your employees store person, Shabnam and Wasim(claim store manager) about these issues. You are the 4th person. This shows what kind of pathetic service you guy give in terms of every aspect. I have the call recordings available as well. Sharing the same with you and soon it will shared on social media platforms as well. Just refund my money for the order. That's it.
