I have taken the membership with Journeys Resorts Pvt ltd. by Jukaso on 07.09.2016. But due to some reason, I had applied for withdraw the membership. I had send the email on[protected] and confirmation received from other side. I had paid them Rs. 42000/- for that. But now they state that it may be refunded if you withdraw within 90 days after the deduction of Rs. 5000/-. its as per the term & condition of agreement.
After 90 days i continously following up in customer care, same replay "you will get soon". i send lot of mail to senior also i.e Anuj Pandey & payal Khanna
