Jukaso — Product and services not ok as per agreement

As per jukaso agreement as well as "booking voucher for sk palms, ooty, tamil nadu, india — trip id [protected]" is not as per my criteria that you done agreement with me. Sk palms is only 3 star hotels that not matching my property as per agreement. All phone no. Is not valid that mentioned in booking voucher, out going calls is telling invalid no. Beside there, i paid you amc (Annual maintenance charge) 7000/rs for jukaso property (For resort, villas or suite) or (4 star or 5 star hotel that comes in doe which we have to pay only 4847 or something) not for three star and i did not pay you for a single room this room available on online at 1200/night~ 1600/night including all (150~900 cash back) also that you are giving us then why we pay you more when we are getting cheaper than you from other source. So i request to you please change property as per plan or refund our money (97, 000 rs) that i paid you all with interest.
