Management of Jupiter hospital,
I'm Manivannan, i undergo hemodialysis regularly in Jupiter Hospital. My slot timing is 5 pm to 10 pm.
I want to bring this to your notice about an incident which happened yesterday September 2, 2023 when I visited Jupiter hospital for hemodialysis (several similar incidents prior).
I'm usually accompanied by my friend who drops and picks me from hospital, but there are days when I have to self drive to hospital to get my dialysis done.
So was yesterday the situation where I self drove my car to get my dialysis done. I took the facility of valet parking to park my car around 5 pm and when I finished my dialysis and walked to get my keys and reached the place where my car was parked (as after 10 pm no valet parking assistant is available to bring the car from parking), i noticed all the car are parked in a manner where one cannot open the card oor and enter the car.
When I tried to question the parking supervisor, Mr.Roopesh, why there is no proper management of parking and how will I get into my car with my hand belted after a dialysis, he replied in a rude manner. He says park your car somewhere outside and he can't do anything about this.
I wanted to question the Jupiter hospital management why such mismanagement. When the patient has paid for the facility, why there is no proper management of parking facility? What should a patient do in such situation?
You expect the patient to park the car somewhere far outside and walk together miles to reach the car post dialysis?
Requesting the hospital management to assign proper parking for such patients who self drive the car to get treatment done.
Furthermore, please train your staffs to behave properly with patients.
