I am writing this in regards to some issues which we are facing in the current admission process at the hospital @ thane branch Mumbai.
The hospital is denying admission to single occupancy room, I suspect of some malpractice that are carried by your staff in which they are supplying beds to on basis of money exchange or bidding. Yesterday, they were also pushing me to opt for suite and other higher upgrades. To me it seems, they are having reservations for staff family members and doctors for single occupancy. This is ridiculous and unethical practice.
Please look into this matter. My dad is a Dr. and he has dedicated his life for others, your staff isn’t considerate and helpful. This isn’t fair and professional.
At times, I have also observed that they are treating my dad as a subject and with not respect. I thought humanity is at the core of the hospital service.
I also found your customer service and TPA department is rude and unprofessional. I approached your team multiple times, but every time I was turned down with humiliation. This is not what I expect you train your staff for, so please get this right.
