Just Like New — Service mobile with bad charging port & not working within a day of service

Hi All, I Sincerely request not to choose Just like new services. Fraud people. i had charging problem with my moto e mobile. i had discussed in chat first before i have given my mobile. they clearly mentioned any charging problem simply will change battery sir your problem will solved. so i have given mobile asked 300 before non refundable but it was not mentioned in chat. so i did not given. they have promised in 2-3 days they will return mobile. till 3 days i didnt disturbed them even i dont have update from them. from 4th day i started chatting when ever i ask about mobile they simply says it is under repair our team is working on it. i requested alot saying i am using others mobile please work on it. but no use. to change a battery how many days they will take??? after 8th day i got frustrated i asked to return my mobile. she says your mobile is in same condition. we are unable to solve your problem. ok will return it will take two days for delivery pay 300 and take your mobile. now i just want to know why i should pay 300??? just they played a drama. they didn't do anything kept mobile with them and asking 300.. till i pay 300 they wont give itseems. can anyone tell how can i pull them to consumer court.

These guys are doing the same thing with me. They have taken my phone and they are not returning for past 2 weeks. They are just saying component is not available or busy schedule. Not sure I will get my phone back.

Extremely disappointed with the rate of service of JustLikeNew. It's absolutely miserable. It's been 11 days since I gave my phone for repair, and I've still not received it back. I too am starting to wonder if I will get my phone back. On calling them, all they say is that it will be delivered tomorrow. If you want to get your phone repaired, just go to SP road. Don't rely on JustLikeNew.

I had requested for repair of my mobile on 25.01.2016 and it was delivered to me on 27.01.2016. There was touch and LCD problem which was replaced at cost of Rs.3, 100/-.

But the mobile got problem again on 15.02.2016 and i placed request for repair of mobile under warranty. However, Justlikenew.in executives has informed that the device is physically damaged and it would further cost 1, 500/-.
I agreed for the repair and the device was delivered to me on 21.02.2016. However, the mobile was not working as in the earlier condition. I requested to Justlikenew.in Hyderabad Service Centre regarding the same. They promised on monday(22.02.2016) that the device will be collected. But the device was not collected on monday or either on tuesday. Today morning i received a call stating the device was not collected due to non availability of executives and we are sorry for that. Later they collected and said that it is physical damage not covered under warranty.
they are clearly cheating customers.

I cant understand what kind of worst service you are providing.
I am very much dissatisfied and depressed with your service.

We believe in you and in good faith paid around Rs.4, 500/- (present value of mobile cost). However, my mobile is not repaired with due care.

I request to please check my mobile and solve my problem as early as possible.

The name should be Give like NEW get like OLD rather than just like new.
They took my phone for battery replacement said will be returning in 3-4 days.
i got my phone after two weeks with replaced battery, but the back cover was dented badly(they don't even know how to remove a back cover?). The battery looked like it has been forcefully kept there ready to run.
My Speaker was tempered (i doubt they had changed the hardware).
And finally after a couple of weeks my phone stopped working.

zero rating, worst service ever, we need to run a campaign on social media so that people will not fall for them because of paid articles and paid reviews

very very very bad, I had all the above experiences, they are simply cheaters

I sincerely recommend not to choose Justlikein, it's very worst, make you wait long time and return the product and get the 300, meanwhile they don't even tell the problem what the handset has.. very very pathetic worst experience with JustlikeNew... this is way to fool just like new Fool Idea..

BUT I WAS VERY VERY WRONG!

My display screen broke and I booked a repair service online after calling their call center. The person who spoke promised a discount of 900 from a price of Rs. 2900/- (2000/- is the regular price in the market for fixing the display btw). I agreed and gave my Redmi Note on 23.07.2016. After a loooong fight n 100s of follow up calls I got my phone after more than a month today 25th Aug.
My misery didn't end there.
The person who delivered my mobile had "ABSOLUTELY NO IDEA" that I was promised a discount. I realized I have BEEN PLAYED BIG-TIME.
The call center agent who made a fake sale by promising a discount got what he wanted, the company cheated me of my money and only the customer loses. This should be called "justfrauds.in".
DO NOT FALL IN THIS TRAP LIKE MANY O[censored]S. Don't get carried away by their website. Their employees are CON ARTISTES.

I think the company is fraud. Irresponsible is an understatement. Is there a rating less than 1? My bad I should have read these reviews before giving my phone

I was facing virus issue and went to their website to request a service to fix it.
The website had no option write the issue but only a list of services that you need.
So i picked software flash. I specifically asked the pickup guy to note the issue as a virus problem.as their website had never asked me.

They charged me 1000 rupees and all they did was so a factory reset that mobile itself allows.
And customer care was rude and completely washed their hands of it.

NOT RECOMMENDED!!!

See this is most very very very bad technology . And don't go to that shop. They will not able to repair the Android mobiles properly. 100% they were cheating the people's. Very worst it is...

This is insane. I gave my mobile for repair and they said its motherboard issue. I re took it to other place and it was just mere battery problem which got fixed in 5 mins.

Secondly they parcelled some other phone to me which was not even mine and on calling them they said they will pick it. There is no sense of responsibility even to admit the mistake and get the phone back. They asked me if I can keep the phone with me and they will come when they get time. Worst service ever.

I literally hated just like new service. I got my nokia phone glass replaced. Its touch stopped working the very next I received the product back. I raised a warranty service next day and they charged 300 extra for that. I got a call from the just like new team that the touch is working fine and I doubt if they did any thing to fix and they returned the phone. Its worked for 2, 3 days and touch stopped working. I just wasted 2.5K.

i jjust recieved my device lumia 730 (dual sim) back frome justlikenew.in which is totally screwed up, i sent it for the repair of the broken glass screen good they repaired it but beautifully faked it for whole .for now the brightness remains same no matter how i change it and most importantly the screen looks totally lousy and it becomes warm during calling . it was better if i had the old broken screen but after replacement of the screen this looks totally fake or i must say duplicate.the touch simmers if it's pressed and during the start it jams for a while and then starts again..this fraud has to be taken care of .i paid 4100 /- for the screen replacement and the tempered glass (which i didn't recieve)..this startup is playing frivolously with the out station customers ..this is bad..i plead to make aware that no others are fooled after me.

I have a NOKIA LUMIA 930 and the display is damaged. I regret that I didn't do any research about this merchant. Here's what happened with me a few minutes ago. .

I saw their add on FB and thought will give it a try since it's much cheaper (Rs 5500) than the service center for NOKIA as they said it will cost Rs 19, 000 for the new display. I went to justlikenew.in and initiated an online payment through my credit card and when I provided all the details, i got a message saying that the details you just entered may be shared with the third party. I found it to be an insecure payment gateway and so I clicked on cancel instead of continue. It still kept on loading though. I then closed the browser window and went back to their website to check if the order had gone through or not. Fortunately the order didn't go through however the transaction went through and i got a confirmation from my credit card bank. I hope the transaction is reversed because after looking at all the above reviews I don't think I will get my money's worth. I also doubt that they will return my phone soon. Now I will just wait for the refund from PayUMoney which is the payment gateway.

First thing is, they should be named just like eww, not new!!

I gave them my Nexus4 for screen fix and battery replacement. Screen was not fixed in first attempt and battery they put in my phone was dangerous and eventually it exploded. Yes, such is the service they give you. I even wrote an email but there was no action taken from their side. Now, my phone is waste and I have to buy a new phone. Not only they put dangerous battery in phone but also they overcharged me 1800/-INR, original battery costs you 900/-INR. I am posting some pics so that you all can take a look and stay away from JUST LIKE EWW..!!
