I am Abhishek from Mumbai and I registered my business (Abhishek Tempo Service from Bhayandar)on just dial in last month (22nd March 2023). As executive visited my home, told that if you register your business as paid subscriber you will start getting the leads for 2 month and will get benefit from business and he told to make payment of Rs 7080/- for 2-month advance payment. I already inform that I want to do with Justdial for 2 month only and he told that you can cancel anytime whenever you wish. I took the risk and I did the payment through Google Pay immediate only.
And after 10 days I called the same person for the leads which was not coming for my business then he told that about the ECS payment for the next month (which he was not informed me during registration) and after few days amount was deducted from my bank account.
Then I called just dial customer care and Sreenivas and they said it is ECS payment and that It will be charged every month for a year. I informed that you was not told about this at the time of registration and would like to stop this ECS service, to which they are denied and said that it will continue for 1 year.
And about the 1-year contract also no one was informed me. Now we are not receiving any quality leads and we want to shut our business from Justdial due to some personal reason. I was trying to reach out to both of them and they are not receiving my calls and responding properly. Both of them were cheated us during the registration without informing about ECS and contract terms.
I request you to close my contract immediately and refund my amount.
