[Resolved] JustDial.com — Not refunding payment

I just made a complaint recently this morning to refund an unauthorised deduction from my bank a/c.

They called me to refund payment but their refunding procedure is doubtful(Seems to be fraud).

I don't need to provide confidential details like my login id or password to get my refund

my details as per just dial contract are as above

i just didn't liked the services so i dont want to continue them

i requested to cancel my contract.

but the intentionally deducted wrong amount from my bank that was not supposed to be deducted .

request you to please help me to claim that amount back
