[Resolved] JustDial.com — Not taking care as per requested services | |||
Awful Services: I had requested Just dial to do a marketing for Online tutoring, they had uploaded some wrong keywords and now they are not updating the requested keywords which is my actual requirement. I had tried to call them many time all the times they are doing some false promises and dropping the call. Also, they had registered this business in B2B which is not my require as I do Online tutoring which comes in B2C category. On daily basis I am trying to get some responses but I am completely failed to do get my actual services. Is there any possibilities from your team to correct my services with Just dial or return back my money from them. With such services, this is not possible to work with Just Dial. They had also not provided any invoice number or bill number, I had only the payment confirmation email. Was this information helpful? | |||
