We would like to unsubscribe our just dial account and stop ECS.
This request has been made on call multiple times and yet our monthly subscription amount gets deducted.
Inspite on-call conversation with customer care, ample of mails about the same, we have yet not received any confirmation email regarding unsubscription.
We have sent the same mail to customer service before.
all the customer service numbers only provide us with different email ids.
