Just Dial Agent Make Wrong Commitment...
He Said to me you can start on 3 month trial basis ESC then if you not like we stop the ECS but still 18 months ECS not stop by the just dial agent or company i have screen shot the ECS stop request from the company...

I have recently purchased your mobile banner package on 15th September but still my account is not activated..I purchased this pack after continuous follow ups of your executives.. Aswathy Prakash (Mobile No. [protected]) and her Manager Faizal (Mobile No.[protected].

All the leads are irrelevant and want me to work for them, some leads are searching for jobs, I called customer care at least 10 times, everytime they say somebody will call and nobody does, I have raised many complaints as tickets and they shockingly closed the case as solved...

I have Ordered the Bluetooth ear wireless against Order Number is O[protected] dtd 26.09.2023 but no one response on this order Neither order dispatched not they refund the payment.
Even though i made call on there customer care number no one can response and although i sent many reminder mails on there registered mail address.

I pray to the Competent authorities, why the Government has not taken any strict action against...

Hi, JD just keeps calling me on my mobile even after I've requested so many times that I do not want my company to be registered on JD and do not wan't any leads, still you guys just keep calling. I hope you know that spamming like this on calls make ppl hate you to the core !! Pls just stop !!...

I entered my mobile number in Justdial.com portal while searching for dermatologist and after that Justdial shared my number with the hospitals and spammers. And now i am getting N number of calls from hospitals and spammers. My request and complaint to Justdial is kindly stop sharing my phone number with anyone.

Leads were promised by just dial executives, which were all false, I want to discontinue this ECS payment.

fake company complaint, review, comments

I have paid 51663 and 3533 1 year package. Full one year thy have given me fake led .many times I told them I want refund but they told me refund option not available

Plus 2 employees salary 30000 rs month,...

I have received my order ie boat airdopes iron man it is duplicate and damaged product...

I took a package from Justdial on monthly basis
After four months I asked stop .I requested hundred times they did not stop
And my bank authorities told me not possible because this is third party agreement.
Just dial wantedly produced my cheques ever three days for one month.

Please don't trap in just dial....

The sales executive- Yash Bachani got us on board and refusing to provide us service or training for set up of our account- the colosseum.

this sales executive is talking in a very harsh tone, ignoring requests and procrastinating the meeting we need for training of clients to use just dial....

I have not authorised unsolicited calls from JustDial yet I'm receiving 3-5 daily calls from them. I've requested many times to stop calling me in vain. Last night I requested it again to find them calling me this morning.
Disgusting service and harassing company. I tried to explain the phone number they are calling is a business number and they are disrupting my business with their calls but they truly do not care....
