Second week of November we purchased ernakulam position listing package from just dial with specific keyword. Keywords are selected by myself and processed by their executive named Pavishankar, thereafter he contacted his Manager Mr. Anil he informed the contract will be for one year and pay Rs.2790 first installment and 950 per month as ECS. We agreed his terms and issue cheque worth Rs. 2790 and one cancelled blank cheque for ECS. The amount was cleared on 16th November 2015 and takes more than 7 days to activate. The service activated on 24th November 2015, the same day itself we found the keywords offered are not available in the search listing and informed the customer care immediately but till today we didn't get a proper response. After tele request and written complaints, the field sales executive visited our office and informed you should pay Rs. 1500 extra for the mentioned keywords. I realized we're cheated by Just dial, as the amount paid is as per their instruction for the selected keywords after several complaints and service request the same person is telling to pay extra. I am not getting the logic behind this. Please don't use just dial services and beware of the fraud company, they're showing mango fruits and selling sand. No response, No service, No refund is their trade mark.
