Online movie tickets being blocked by theatre management

Hello. Online movie tickets are always blocked by theatre management only in Lalitha, Sri Lalitha theatres located in East Godavari, Peddapuram. This is not a fair policy and hurting every time we want to purchase movie tickets online. When there is an online facility to book some tickets online, why theatre management is blocking online tickets ? Request you to please look into this and do the needful....

Didn't get any confirmation on booked tickets

I am Susmitha. I have booked 3 tickets for bheemlanayak movie cost Rs.316.73 from justickets through gpay UPI today .But I did not get any confirmation of booking but money was debited. Request you to please provide the tickets or refund my money. I have given the screen shot for reference.
Please respond as soon as possible

Tickets confirmation not received

Sir/ madam I have booked noon show in rajamundry Kumari theatre, money was debited from my account but ticket confirmation message or booking I'd not received till now if not please refund the money as soon as possible...

Not received tickets confirmation message

Sir/ madam I booked tickets for noon at Kumari theatre rajamundry and the money is debited from my account but no confirmation message or order I'd is not recieved till now...

Ticket money deducted from my account and no tickets were given

I made a payment of 1025 rupees on payment for booking 6 balcony tickets money has been deducted from my account but there was a technical issue arisen and my ticket confirmation got cancelled but my money got deducted. Now I am requesting for refund...

Money is deducted from my account but ticket not given.Refunding my money

I tried booking 2 tickets for a movie on[protected] I was redirected to the payment page and I paid an amount of 316 rupees on my internet banking application the payment was successful and the money got deducted from my bank account but tickets are not booked and I didn't receive any SMS and booking I'd.
I tried contacting them from justtickets application but no response was given from their side.
Please help me in refunding...

By mistake I hv booked 8 tickets for 9:40am show but either I need it to be moved to 4:35pm show on the same date or need help to cancel my booking and refund....

Booking not sent
