[Resolved] Justickets — Justickets Money was debited and confirmation message was not received | |||||
Justickets my self T.suryanarayana from vizag(Andhrapradesh). I have booked 1 ticket in saptagiri theatre, chittivalasa for dhruva movie 6.30pm show on 10/12/2016. I have used my sbi debit card it charged me 115.35rs but unfortunatly i didnt recieved my ticket conformation message and my money was debited through my account. And the transaction id is justickets pos 52317 at justickets com txn#[protected].I also did 4-5 calls to your customer support they didnt response. i request you to refund my money back as soon as possible.Let me know how much time will you take to resolve this problem.
