I had been trying to pre-book the tickets of the movie 'brahmotsavam' on 13th may, 2016 i. E. Last friday and then i got a message like this - ' your justickets assisted order instruction 121814 has been registered with us. We will notify you via sms and email as soon as we book your ticket"and then i got next message like this -"your justickets wallet has been recharged with the rs.364". But the amount has been deducted from my hdfc bank account of visakhapatnam, andhra pradesh, india. And when i clicked on cancell booking order in my booking history, i got a message like this to my number -"your justickets assisted order 121814 has been cancelled based on your request". But when it got cancelled, i didn't get my refund back. It has already been one week for today. Please solve my issue and return my money back as early as possible. I have made transaction with my credit card to book movie ticket Lion in asian movie theater using your web site transaction has been made but tickets not booked. please do needful.
