Justickets — Refund payment

I had been trying to pre-book the tickets of the movie 'brahmotsavam' on 13th may, 2016 i. E. Last friday and then i got a message like this - ' your justickets assisted order instruction 121814 has been registered with us. We will notify you via sms and email as soon as we book your ticket"and then i got next message like this -"your justickets wallet has been recharged with the rs.364". But the amount has been deducted from my hdfc bank account of visakhapatnam, andhra pradesh, india. And when i clicked on cancell booking order in my booking history, i got a message like this to my number -"your justickets assisted order 121814 has been cancelled based on your request". But when it got cancelled, i didn't get my refund back. It has already been one week for today. Please solve my issue and return my money back as early as possible.
