[Resolved] Justickets — transaction done tickets not received | |||||
Hi Team, I'm Booked 2 movie tickets today @1:05 PM for the movie rangasthalam for tomorrow 6:30 AM Show at Ravindra cinemas venue, vijayawada, payikapuram. The only thing happened is all the transaction was held money has been deduced from my bank account of 271INR and i did NOT RECIVED ANY CONFORMATION TICKETS AS A MESSAGE OR MAIL. I'm providing my transaction details bellow Dear Customer, Greetings from ICICI Bank. A purchase of INR 271.40 has been made using your Debit Card linked to ICICI Bank Account XX6560 on 29-Mar-18. Info: VIN*CITRUS PAY . The Available Balance in your account is INR 381.25. This is what i recived nothing more than this, i need an immediat explanation that is my tickets are booked? if so provide me the booking id, seat details etc., If not my ticekts were not booked, Get me back with a mail reply that when you are going to refund my Amount.pls check the screen shot details bellow.
