[Resolved] JustRechargeIt — money debited but not recharged

It has been 4 working days i. E on 1/08/17 i tried recharging to my vodafone number with 249 rps. Your team debited amount from my account and didn't recharge my number. I mailed many time to the email id [protected]@justrechargeit.com but no refunded amount from your side & always mailing me like "we have already forwarded your request to our payment processing company and we are continuously in touch with them regarding your issue, we will update you on the same once we get reply from them."please make me sure whether you are going to refund or not.
