I (Parma band sharma) recharged my mts data card no.- [protected] for rs 399/- on 18/07/2019 at 8.24 am through just recharge it portal, the said amount has been deducted from my account but till now data card is not recharged therefore you are requested to kindly either refund the said amount or recharge data card at earliest. I have recharge my Jio number for Rs 399 through card and transaction shown successful and amount deducted from my account but recharge not successful till time. Request check and do the needful or refund the money. Transaction order no. MQ[protected] dated 23.07.2017.
