Jv Express — product not delivered on time | |||||
I have ordered an item from jabong on 24th september 2017. The expected delivery date is 3rd october 2017 and the logistics partner is a company named jv express. When i checked the status of the shipment on its website it showed that the product had already reached patna on 1st october 2017 and the shipment status was "out for delivery". Oct 04, 2017 Updated by samanway goswami This is a total fraud company which makes "fake" customer remarks at its whims. The remark was "Customer not available" even though I was at home and waiting for the product to be delivered all day long. I didn't even get any call.I haven't received my product yet although the expected delivery date has been breached.  | |||||
