I have ordered an item from jabong on 24th september 2017. The expected delivery date is 3rd october 2017 and the logistics partner is a company named jv express.
When i checked the status of the shipment on its website it showed that the product had already reached patna on 1st october 2017 and the shipment status was "out for delivery". But it hasn't been delivered yet as per the eta.

Sir I am Booked A order Through Snapdeal . And The Pin code is - 281122, Farah Mathura Pin code, And The Product Is Shipped Through JV Express Courier With Tracking Id is - SDCOD[protected] . Yesterday Delivery person Contact me And Say That Your Area Is Not Serviceable . And It Will Forced To Me To Collect The Order Through Their Office . Sir Why I am Collect The Order From Their Office I am Pay The 30 rs For Courier Charges In The Order ....

I ordered Jazzup denim red froc
k. After delivery i found the product defective &then i placed an replacement request.then your deliveryman took away..after it. I still haven't. Got the replacement. Yet...now it about more than 1 month. So i request. U plz deliver my order as soon as possible...
