JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu — Delay of refund of Rs 46400 on cancellation of conference hall

We have booked the conference Hall which was cancelled by the Hotel as the were not able to facilitate the same, conveyed in email dated 18th October, 2021. The payment is not yet refunded by the hotel
