Hi,
With respect to the consignments NO:K15043507 & K15043508 which has been couriered on 01.10.2018. But without any information from DTDC side the consignment hold from 01.10.2018 to 06.10.2018 at DTDC Lokhra branch, Guwahati.
After information from our end on 06.10.2018 they(DTDC) have dispatched the urgent documents & consignment date wrongly mentioned on 06.10.2018 instead of 01.10.2018.
We need clarification on this. why the urgent documents not dispatched ontime & hold 6 days in dtdc branch.
I am attached the consignment (slip) copy.
