[Resolved] Kaizen Wheels Ltd. (Hyundai Dealer) — Non receipt of the Registration Number of Car Hyundai Santro Xing | |||
I have booked a “Santro Xing” from “Kaizen Wheels Ltd. Kolkhe Village, Bombay Pune Highway, Raigad, Pin: 410221, Maharashtra on 20 Nov 2013. The car was delivered on 02 Jan 2014 after more than a month delay. The Registration Number of the vehicle has not been provided yet in spite of total/final payment made by me in advance. I have also not received relevant documents of the vehicle and accessories-Number plate etc. Even after several visits to the dealer/show room I could not meet the concerned officials/management. Whoever I met there they simply stated that they are helpless in this regards. Dealership's top management is unavailable in the office and unresponsive to my repeated enquiries over phone, text messages & emails. I have contacted "Hyundai Customer Care" on 1 March 2014 (Complaint No;[protected] and then sent emails several times but no positive output has been come out from them too. I have also contacted Mumbai Regional Sales Office over phone and sent several emails in this regards. I have not received any positive response from them too and the office does not have even courtesy to reply my emails. I am extremely frustrated & anguished as my vehicle is laying standstill at my residence as without Registration Number I cannot drive the vehicle out. I am unable to understand why this unwise dealing from the dealer and unfair non-response from concerned Hyundai India office?
