[Resolved]  Kalazone Silk Mills — No Refund for out of stock items for order id 26441

I ordered three items as per following details and was informed after three days that two items have gone out of stock! They shipped a single item(WD20085) but did not initiate any refund for rest of the two items. I would here by request them to please do the needful. They are not even replying to the mails now.
